All these can be done on an hourly rate, a one time consultation or a full decor package.
Kitchen & Bath Design.
This is our “full package” design. We will work with you from start to finish. We’ll meet you for an initial consultation, create visuals (2D floorpans, 3D renderings, mood & design boards) for you to approve, help with material sourcing (fixtures, lighting, materials & finishes), placing orders (including IKEA cabinetry), decorating, staging and taking the final photoshoot.
Home Staging.
Staging can be done in two versions: staging to stay vs staging to sell. Studio885 focuses on eco-friendly and green options within the design industry. For that reason, as we build our inventory, we try to use as much as the pieces already in your home to create a fresh space (reduce, reuse and recycle).
Staging to sell: We come and meet you in your home, mention what needs to be stored or donated then we rearrange, recommend paint colours or outstanding repairs to get you as much profit off the sale of your house.
Staging to stay: Often, a quick rearrangement of furniture, change of colour and removal of clutter can transform a space. Sometimes you just need a neutral professional to come in your home and voice their opinion to transform a space.
Colour Consultation.
Paint is an easy and inexpensive change that can have a large impact on your home but creating a colour palette can be confusing and overwhelming. We can help to make the process simple and pleasant. Whether you a looking for an overall mood or atmosphere within your house, or looking to add an accent wall/focal point, we’re here for you!
E-Design.
Although we love meeting our clients in person, the current situation has altered traditional work methods. Introducing E-Design has ensured following COVID-19 precautions (as per Ottawa Public Health) for our loyal clients! It's as easy as:

Interior Organization.
Organization is the basics of interior decor. For a space to be functional and well utilized, everything needs its space. This is where we can come in and help reorganize a space. Whether it’s a pantry, a closet or an entire room, we can help!

We offer photography sessions for staging, real estate, product inventory, family sessions and all of the above! We love a new adventure, contact us to see if it’s possible!

At Studio885, we recognize the importance of preserving the beautiful world that we live in. We also admit that renovations and decorating are not always the most eco-friendly process. For that reason, we always recommend that our clients donate or sell old items to reduce our eco footprint and we love to decorate with thrifted items. But don’t worry, that doesn’t mean it will be any less beautiful.
